Small qty order 100% in advanced
Normal order payment 30-50% deposit, balance before shipping.

What's Shipping way?
Air shipping, Sea shipping to door

What is order process?
When we have a agreement on order, we will issue PI file. Once we receive deposit, will start production. It normally need 10-12 days, we will send finished produts photos before client arraning balance payment.  And when we get balance payment, we will proceed shipping, and provide express shipping tracking numbers.

Can you design?
We have no service to make artwork design, we just adjust client's artwork for printing, make sure it fit the template.

How soon we can get the product?
Normally we can delivery in 10-14 days, depend on the order qty. And express shipping take about 7 days, sea shipping takes 35 days.

What if i need a sample to approve?
You can get a custom sample in 2 weeks.

Is sample free?
We will charge samples.  For cusom sample charge, we consider refund in order payment.
